Leadership training for businesses is a partnership between a coach and an owner with the goal of helping the owner become a more effective leader of their team members. Leadership training can also be done by a business coach for a group of managers in a company, which can help set standards for company leadership and improve the operations of the entire business. In either case, leadership training focuses on honing skills which are essential to get the most out of your team members.
